It's more of a big pond than a lake, with frogs and
bullrushes and all, but it's certainly stunning when
you first approach it.
This small crater was created through excavation
of bauxite for alluminum. The terracotta red and
orange earth contrasts sharply with the green
vegetation that grows all around.
Being here today was a visually pleasing
experience, even if my grey Premiata trainers are
now stained red.
