Ever been to Matera?

The first sight of the stone buildings that cover the
sides of the main ravine of Matera is breathtaking.
The sun's rays are thrown back off the stone walls,
roads and roofs, creating an oven-like heat in mid
August. Night time in Matera is perfect magic.

This place is unforgettable and unique.

A pullover design from my collection in 2005

Trulli in Puglia

Trulli that I photographed last summer (2010) whilst cycling around the province of Brindisi in Puglia.

Whitewashed walls and stone steps

It's the sunlight and shadow changing the hues of the white and beige, that made me get my camera out to take this photo in Ceglie Messapica, Puglia. And for some reason I have a thing for steps, especially stone and wooden steps.

Adidas County

I've got a pair of these somewhere, I'll have to look through some boxes, because I feel like wearing them.

These Lavin Tevas are so cool. I wouldn't mind a pair, but I'm skint.

Oswald's Mill. Now there's a place I'd like to visit.
